On this page you’ll find all the information you’ll need to make your event a great success – whether you’re running a marathon or holding a tea party.

Remember, for full support from our fundraisers, please get in touch! Not only would we love to hear from you, but we can provide you with materials such as t shirts and vests, balloons and leaflets. Just download and fill in our event form to request your materials and send it to .

Are you being sponsored?

If you are being sponsored to complete an event, you can collect the sponsorship money online, in person or both.

You can create an online sponsorship page with Virgin Money Giving, Just Giving or Charity Choice, and invite your friends, family and colleagues to donate through your page. This saves you the hassle of chasing up promised donations, and you may well get more donors too. These websites also have sections on how to promote your page and to maximise the amount of donations.

You can also use traditional sponsorship form, but please remember to get your sponsors to fill in their full name, full address (home address, including post code) and to tick the gift aid box if they are a UK taxpayer, as this allows us to claim back the tax on their donations.

Need help promoting your event or cause?

The best thing to do is get in touch with us, but you can also download this ‘shopping list’ of what your donations can do for CLAPA. We also have a media pack which you can download here. If you are making a poster or publication and you need our logo, you can download a high-res copy here.
